Should the Beltway Be Expanded With HOT Lanes?

A Public Meeting Hosted by the Citizens Advisory Committee to The National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board

This forum will give citizens a chance to discuss current proposals to the expand the Beltway with High Occupancy Vehicle/Toll (HOT) lanes. Such lanes essentially allow solo drivers to pay a toll in order to use carpool lanes. The session will be moderated by Fairfax County Supervisor Catherine Hudgins.
