The Task Force includes representatives of all the COG jurisdictions and was initially charged with reviewing existing water supply conditions and arrangements for dealing with drought as well as information on future needs and conditions. The Task Force continues to remain in place in order to ensure effective communication among local governments, state governments, water utilities, and others.
