Intergovernmental Green Building Group (IGBG) - Description
The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments Intergovernmental Green Building Group was formed as a forum to address Green Building issues. In 2013, IGBG merged with the Energy Advisory Committee to become the Built Environment - Energy Advisory Committee (BE-EAC).
