BPSA Billing Meter Verification Study Workgroup - Description
This Work Group is responsible for overseeing the overall project, and the work of a consulting firm to develop a comprehensive plan to conduct independent, routine calibration methods for various billing meters within the BPSA; as well as to develop recommendations for the BPRC regarding any firm that may ultimately be selected to implement the plan.
