The Calvert Group, an investment company located in Bethesda, believes that investing in their employees is just as important as investing in socially responsible mutual funds. Employees who choose to walk or bike are reimbursed for the cost of one pair of walking shoes per year up to $120, or $350 toward the cost of a bicycle.
