| Penelope Gross Speaks at NARC Conference
Penelope Gross, the area's representative on the National Association of Regional Councils (NARC) Board of Directors, spoke at this year's NARC Washington Policy Conference. The conference was held February 5-8 at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC.
Gross is a Fairfax County Supervisor and serves as COG President. In her role on the NARC Board, she represents the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.
NARC is a national organization based in Washington, D.C. that promotes regional excellence, builds regional communities, and fosters regional collaboration. For nearly forty years, NARC has forged strategic alliances and partnerships that advance the association’s mission of regionalism.
