TPB Releases Long-Range Plan for Public Comment, Debuts New Plan Website The TPB released the proposed new long-range transportation plan at the Citizen Advisory Committee meeting on September 14, 2006.  The Financially Constrained Long-Range Transportation Plan, or CLRP, includes all regionally significant road, bridge, high-occupancy vehicle (HOV), transit, bicycle and pedestrian projects funded through the year 2030. Six new projects and two studies are proposed for the new long-range plan. The plan is scheduled to be approved at the October 18, 2006 TPB meeting. Members of the public are invited to review the draft plan and comment on it at the new plan website.
