TPB Forecasts Long-Term Impacts of Current Transportation Policy on Metropolitan Washington
New analysis released at the November 28 meeting of the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board (TPB) indicates that the region will continue to experience worsening congestion for both highways and transit in the region without additional funding for transportation and changes to land use patterns.
