Development of the Long Range PlanThe process of developing the Constrained Long Range Transportation Plan (CLRP) is complex and includes consideration of many different factors. Numerous transportation planning processes at the local and state levels help determine what projects go in the plan. The Transportation Planning Board (TPB) is guided by its own vision and priorities, which in turn reflect federal policy guidance.
