COG abides by the Immigration and Control Act of 1986 which requires that all new hires establish their identity and eligibility to work in the United States. If hired, you will be required to furnish official documentation verifying both identity and eligibility to work within three days of hire. Under special circumstances, COG will consider sponsoring foreign nationals for H1-B (Temporary Work) visas and permanent residency. However, COG will not make any determination regarding sponsorship until successful completion of the six-month introductory period by the hired employee.
