The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments Personnel Officers Technical Committee is composed of directors and other personnel representatives from the Washington metropolitan jurisdictions.

The committee was formed to provide a forum for area personnel directors to work on issues of mutual benefit to each member. It is a forum for networking and a resource for personnel information, strategies and advice. Please visit the committee page for more detail about events and members.
