NCR Homeland Security Program

R-ESF Committees

Several Regional Emergency Support Function (R-ESF) Committees support the Regional Emergency Coordination Plan ^SM (RECP) and the UASI process. The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments staff provides support to these committees.
