Snow/Winter Weather Briefings Committee - Description Annual Snow Core Briefings - In preparation of upcoming and annual snow events.  Receives messages from and communicates with the National Weather Service as applicable and then reaches out to the COG Regional Partners for snow consultation and possible snow conference calls to advise the NCR of regional snow concerns.
