HIV/AIDS Subcommittee - Description The HIV/AIDS subcommittee was developed as a result of feedback from the 2011 Regional HIV/AIDS Forum held by MWCOG. The purpose of the subcommittee is to create a coordinated regional framework to address the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the National Capital Region (NCR) by means of regional partnerships.
