This report provides discharge monitoring data for 31 plants in the Washington metropolitan region for 1993 and 1994. Effluent flows and loadings, general design features, NPDES permit limits and monitoring requirements, and laboratory testing methods for each plant are included. There is also a map showing the locations of the plants in the region and a section which provides a comparison of loads at the Potomac River fall line with those of the wastewater treatment plants below the fall line. Previous reports have covered the years 1983 through 1992. Funding for this report is provided through COG's regional monitoring fund, which is funded by participating local governments.
