Technical Assistance and Contact Information

Pre-application conferences will be held in each state for agencies to learn more about the application process, the selection process, and to ask any questions they may have about the programs or prospective projects. Prospective applicants are required to attend one of the three pre-application conferences in order to apply for funding. If your agency cannot send a representative to one of the conferences, please contact Beth Newman to schedule a pre-application conference call.

Technical assistance is available to applicants by answering questions about the application or the Coordinated Plan, or providing suggestions for potential federal sources of matching funds.
