Post-Award Information
The TPB selection committee will meet in April or May, 2013 to recommend projects for funding. The TPB will approve the recommended projects for inclusion in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) in June or July. TPB staff will then notify agencies in writing that their projects have been selected for funding. Awardees will have 30 days from the date of the written award notification to complete the Certifications and Assurances and the Title VI Assurance. Following the completion of the required paperwork and TPB approval of the selections for inclusion in the Transportation Improvement Program in early fall, TPB staff can then begin to manage the quarterly disbursement of funds to subrecipients.
As noted above, agencies will be required to provide quarterly milestone and financial status reports, and disbursements will be contingent upon the complete and timely submission of these reports. Final grant reports should include project evaluations and provisions for ongoing funding and operation of the program or service.
