The Traffic Signals Subcommittee provides advice and assistance to the Management, Operations, and Intelligent Transportation Systems Policy Task Force and MOITS Technical Subcommittee.  The group facilitates technology transfer and information sharing, as it relates to state and local programs, and cooperation across jurisdictional boundaries in the operation of traffic signals.
