Blue Plains Intermunicipal Agreement of 2012

Agreement among DC Water, the District of Columbia, Fairfax County, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission for the purpose of -- Allocating the treatment capacity of Blue Plains and other associated facilities; -- Equitably allocating capital and O&M costs; -- Defining pretreatment, operational, and biosolids management requirements; -- Defining a process for future wastewater treatment planning; -- Providing for continuing coordination, cooperation, and communication; and -- Providing for environmental stewardship.
