Regular meeting of DEPC.  Meeting will include briefing on current legislation to limit transportation of Hazardous Materials in DC, demonstration of the COG Snow Web Tool, SEAS, briefing on Citizen Corps, and briefing on a resource document from the Society of American Military Engineers.  Attendees include DEPC members and presenters.
