An all-new two-day seminar designed specifically for persons assigned as communication center managers or administrators.  The program goes beyond basic supervisory type topics and focuses on those which administrators need to know and be able to implement so their units perform at the ghighest level.  While the program is designed for the new communication center administrator, those with experience should find the content to be an excellent refresher as well as to gain insight into new modalities of management.
