Participants: JFHQ-NCR, Components, Subordinate Organizations, NG, IA Partners

Purpose: To practice/validate WMD Crisis Action Planning (CAP), and support operational C2 of a regional response exercise

What:  Conduct CPX and FTX, focused on DSCA and HLD tasks, will involve multiple scenarios/venue, a Technical Rescue Train Wreck at Union Station (to be simulated at 4th & L Sts, SE) with damage to the Thurgood Marshall Federal Building (to be simulated in Olney, MD) and a Mass Casualty HAZMAT/car accident in Bethesda.
