r will provide an overview on Community Land Trusts (CLT) as a tool to increase the availability of affordable housing.
A panel of local and national experts will share lessons-learned and strategies for CLT implementation.
Following the panel, there will be a group exercise to discuss the possibilities and challenges associated with establishing CLTs in the metropolitan

region.
