Participants:  Montgomery County Police, Sheriffs, Fire, Schools, Public Works, local allied L.E. agencies, and other Montgomery County departments; Possibly also the following:  Maryland State Police, PG SWAT, and Frederick County Sheriff.

Purpose:  TTX for senior and tactical staff will be conducted in late June to develop procedures for joint operations involving an active shooter.  Procedures will be tested in the full-scale exercise in August.

VIPs:  Montgomery County governmental VIPs will be invited to observe the exercise, as well as other senior officials from neighboring jurisdictions overseeing pertinent functions such as police and fire operations.
