Participants:  Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia Departments of Agriculture, Health, Environmental Protection, Emergency Management, Law Enforcement.  Federal: FDA, USDA, DHS, CDC, FBI.

Purpose:  To test the communication process between the Federal, state, local, and private sector response and recovery agencies in the event of an intentional animal feed contamination event in PA that affects the human food chain.
