When:  Bi-Monthly (Second Tuesday of each odd month) 1000 - 1200 Hrs

Where: JFHQ-NCR J3 Conference Room, bldg 46, Fort McNair

Why:  To coordinate FPCON response and disseminate timely information and current situational awareness on AT/FP and Intelligence issues affecting the JFHQ-NCR JOA.
