Participants:  State Agencies, inclduing the Maryland Joint Operations Center (JMOC), Baltimore Metropolitan Area, Washington, DC Metropolitan Area Law Enforcement, MCAC/Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), National Capital Region (NCR) Fusion Centers

Purpose:  Hold a prevention based exercise to evaluate the State's ability to analyze and compile threat information and disseminate it appropriately.
