Participants:  Prince Georges County The Fire/EMS Department, The Health Department, The office of Homeland Security (Administration), The Office of Homeland Security (Emergency Management), The American Red Cross, Dimensions health, doctors Community Hospital, Fort Washington Hospital Center

Purpose:  (1) test the "Shelter and Mass Care"plan to identify weaknesses in the plan; 2)allow participating organizations to learn about each others capabilities and resources related to human services and emergency operations, 3)test the NCR's Bomb Squads ability to conduct explosive devices response operations at several sites within a given jurisdiction in a coordinated manner, 4)test and evaluate the ability of the following emergency support functions to collaborate in a field setting.
