Description:  Vigilant Shield 09, a NORAD and USNORTHCOM exercise; primary focus will be HD, with a secondary focus on DSCA.  Together with US and Canadian partners, exercise current contingency plans against state-sponsored military threat to the homeland, as well as employ multiple JTFs in a DSCA environment.
