Participants: Local, county, and state government representatives with an interest in WMD defensive operations and basic understanding of hazmat

Purpose:  This DHS sponsored course provides participants with the necessary tools to deliver WMD/Terrorism Incident Defensive Operations for Emergency Responders (PER-212), which is a NFPA 472 Operations level Haz Mat course that focuses on the special challenges faced by emergency responders and first receivers in dealing with a WMD or terrorist incident.
