What:  NCR regional field training exercise conducted at the operational and tactical levels in response to acts of terrorism during a National Special Security Event

Why:  To enhance JFHQ-NCR ability to provide Defense Support to Civil Authorities through a multi-echelon, full scale interoperability exercise.
