    • Carroll County, MD staff - dry pond sand filter retrofits

    • Presentation of data from in-field applications
    • Facilitated discussion of further steps needed to 1) gain regulatory approval; 2) obtain or increase Bay Program reduction credits; 3) determine functional uplift
  • Anticipated Outcomes
    • Regional approach to how gain approval for the use of such practices to meet MS4 and Chesapeake Bay Program requirements
