IFB 19-003 Commuter Connections Direct Mailer
This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is being offered to submit your quotation for the Commuter Connections/ Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (“COG”) printing and mailing of approximately 500,000 pieces of a self-mailer to Washington, DC region residents.

Offerors who wish to submit a bid are requested to submit bids via email to Alieu Turay at aturay@mwcog.org no later than 5:00 PM EST on Friday, November 16, 2018. Please label your message as “Commuter Connections Direct Mailer.”
It shall remain the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid will reach the email address above on or before the deadline. Bids that are received by COG after the deadline indicated above for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation unless it is the only bid received.
