The Transportation Planning Board (TPB) is a public entity and is always interested in hearing about the concerns and interests of the residents of the National Capital Region.

The March 2024 Visualize 2050 comment period closed at 11:59 P.M. ET on March 30. Thank you for your comments and feedback on the proposed Visualize 2050 National Capital Region Transportation Plan.

The TPB will review and consider the public's input in April prior to voting on the proposed projects in May.

TPB Meeting Public Comments  

Interested members of the public will be given the opportunity to make brief comments on transportation issues under consideration by the TPB. For any member of the public who wishes to address the board on the day of the meeting, they may do so by emailing written comments to TPBcomment@mwcog.org with the subject line “Item 1 Public Comment Opportunity”, by calling and leaving a phone message at (202) 962-3315, or by using the form below.

Comments will be summarized and shared with TPB members as part of their published meeting materials. These statements must be received by staff no later than 12:00 P.M. (Noon) on the Tuesday prior to the board meeting, to be relayed to the board at the meeting.
