Penelope Gross Discusses Regional Priorities on NBC4 Program
Region Forward© Public Comments Help Shape Final Product COG received nearly 400 comments from local government officials, business and civic groups, and area residents related to Region Forward. The comments were reviewed by the Greater Washington 2050 Coalition in December and were used to strengthen the final report. The COG Board of Directors will be asked to adopt Region Forward at its January 13 meeting, and following adoption, COG will seek endorsement of its Compact by all 21 member jurisdictions. Region Forward is a comprehensive guide to regional planning and measuring success. It is the culmination of a year-and-a-half of work by COG's Greater Washington 2050 Coalition.
