COG Bids/RFP's

COG has the following solicitations available for bid/proposals:

RFP 16-020 Street Smart Public Awareness Campaign
Date Posted: 4/15/2016 Closing Date: 6/6/2016
Since the Washington area is a single media market, a unified regional public awareness campaign is the most cost-effective approach for the mass marketing element of an education campaign.

For the past 14 years the COG has run the “Street Smart” pedestrian and bicycle safety campaign, which consists of television, radio, internet, and transit property advertisements, street teams, plus posters and hand-outs. The campaign web site is http://bestreetsmart.net. TPB member jurisdictions carry out concurrent pedestrian-related law enforcement to complement the media campaign.

Technical questions concerning the RFP will be answered at a pre-proposal conference to be held at COG on May 23, 2016, at 10:00 am. Prior to the conference, technical questions concerning the RFP must be submitted in writing to Michael Farrell at (mfarrell@mwcog.org).

Procedural or administrative questions may be directed to Contracts and Procurement Analyst, Alieu Turay at (aturay@mwcog.org).

Proposals shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m., June 6, 2016. Please place the RFP number on the outside of your submission. Proposals may not be submitted through email, fax or any other electronic methods.
