DC HSEMA is seeking a contractor to develop, evaluate and update the Concept of Operations Plan for Pandemic Influenza Preparedness in the District of Columbia. This work will include review of documents, information gathering, and updating documents.
There will be a pre-proposal meeting on July 9 at 1:30 p.m. in COG’s lobby level conference rooms #4&5. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on July 17, 2009. Notice of intent to participate in the pre-proposal conference should be sent to

Contractor shall review evaluation measurement and effectiveness methodologies including survey questionnaires and implementation methods currently used by COG and review recommendations for changes to the evaluation methodologies from the Commuter Connections Subcommittee’s TDM Evaluation Group
There will be a pre-proposal briefing on July 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in COG’s lobby level conference room #1. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. on August 12, 2009. Notification of intent to participate in the pre-bid conference should be made to Carl Kalish.

| RFQ 22-09: Technical Assistance for Development of a Request for Proposals for a District of Columbia Drinking Water Quality Study |

COG has been requested by the District of Columbia government to obtain the services of a highly qualified consultant to prepare a scope of services to be included in a Request for Proposal (RFP) to carry out independent water testing for lead in drinking water in homes in the District of Columbia (the “Drinking Water Quality Study.”). The study resulting from issuance of the RFP to be prepared by the selected contractor for this project is intended to assist decision makers and the public by providing reliable and accurate lead in water testing results for District of Columbia drinking water.
Technical and procedural questions concerning this project will be addressed at a pre-proposal briefing to be held in COG’s lobby level Conference Room #1 at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2009. Please notify Carl Kalish if a member of the firm will be in attendance.
