Chesapeake Bay Foundation Tour

In February 2001, COG staff had the opportunity to tour the new Philip Merrill Center, the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's headquarters in Annapolis, Maryland. The building opened in November 2000 and is the first structure to receive the U.S. Green Building Council's Platinum certification rating.
