Overview
On Monday, April 28, 2008, COG’s Water Resources Technical Committee is conducting an all-day workshop on managing urban stormwater. The workshop will address critical regulatory, policy and technical issues affecting stormwater programs in the COG region and elsewhere.
Workshop participants will include federal,

state and local governmental representatives, NGOs and others with a stake in the rapidly evolving nature of stormwater management. People outside the COG region are welcome to attend.
The workshop will have three distinct focal points:
(1) new and prospective regulatory requirements;
(2) quantity control capabilities of Low Impact Development (LID); and
(3) funding modern, multifaceted urban stormwater programs.
Logistics
Registration is online. There will be a $12.00 charge for a box lunch, payable online by credit card at the time of registration. You may specify “vegetarian” if you wish.
There is ample parking on site. For those who choose to come by METRO, there will
