Community Engagement Campaign

The Community Engagement Campaign (CEC) is a partnership between COG and regional water supply and wastewater members whose mission is to engage the citizens of the National Capital Region in wise water use and source water protection, via public messaging. This partnership shares water information with the COG region through a variety of media sources. The four focus areas for the CEC outreach campaigns are:

Tap Water is Safe and the TapIt Campaign,

Do Not Flush, and

Wise Water Use
