Job Application Form
This online application form allows you to input information about your qualifications in response to a specific job opening. You may upload a resume and cover letter with the form. Your application will not be processed unless all required fields are complete.
Once you complete this online from, click "Submit " and your resume will automatically be transmitted to the recruiter.
If you prefer to complete a paper application and mail it to COG, please download the PDF form and fill it out. You only need to complete the first page if attaching a resume. The last page of the form also requests voluntary application data related to COG 's Equal Employment program if you wish to provide the information.
Please note we only accept applications for specific job openings.
NOTE: It is against COG policy to hire relatives of current COG employees. For the purpose of this policy, relatives include father, mother, son, daughter, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, first cousin, nephew, niece, husband, wife, in-laws, step children or half brother or sisters.
