Submit Your Travel Information

If you have filled out your travel diary for your travel day, you may submit the information through the internet or provide it over the phone.  If you prefer using the phone, you will get a phone call from a NuStats representative. If you prefer the Internet, please visit the NuStats website.  You will need the pin number that was provided in the letter sent to you with your travel diary.  Once there, follow all of the instructions.
