This page will contain responses to questions TPB staff receives over the course of the solicitation. Questions and answers will be provided, along with a date on which the information was added to this page.
Application Submission
Applications must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
Applications must be submitted electronically to TAP@mwcog.org. Applicants will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your e-mail. If you do not receive confirmation, please try again or follow one of the methods below.
Application packages may be too large to send in one e-mail submission. There are several ways to address this issue:
- Attach pieces of the application submission to separate e-mails (recommend no e-mail larger than 20 MB).
- Mail a CD or DVD with all required materials to the following address. Applications materials must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2013.

Additionally, for ALL applications, please submit one hard copy of the application and four sets of 1/2 size plans to the address above (postmarked by May 15).
Applicants are encouraged to submit applications prior to the May 15, 2013 deadline. This will allow TPB staff to review applications for missing components and provide the opportunity for applicants to provide any missing pieces. Any incomplete applications received on May 15 will not be considered.
