Todd Bolton, City of Takoma Park / Wayne Noll - City of Rockville - will present
an overview of the tree risk assessment technique developed by the Pacific
Northwest Chapter of the ISA: Tree Risk Assessment Course and Exam (TRACE).
In their presentation, they will contrast other tree risk techniques to highlight the
differences in risk assessment methodologies.
Their presentation will be followed by a short field walk to inspect street / park trees nearby.
Mr. Bolton and Mr. Noll are both certified by the Pacific Northwest ISA in tree risk assessment.
