Hotel and Restaurant Online Recycling GuideInroduction Hotels and restaurants are beginning to realize that making their operations more environmentally friendly can reduce operating costs and improve their image with customers. The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments conducted a project to help hospitality businesses improve their operations and marketability with environmentally friendly activities. This effort included a February 2001 seminar on "green" practices and a Recycling Guidebook for the Hospitality Industry. See the list below for resources available on-line.
