In regards to comments made on social media and social networking sites, COG's Comments Policy is as follows: "Opinions expressed herein do not reflect the opinions of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments but are postings of public opinion.  We encourage you to submit your questions, comments, and concerns, but please note that this is a moderated on-line discussion site and is not a public forum.  Once posted, COG reserves the right to delete submissions that contain vulgar language; personal attacks of any kind; advocate illegal activity; promote particular services, products, or political organizations; or are clearly off topic from the discussion."
