Federal Homeland Security Grants Available

The District of Columbia Office of the Deputy Mayor for Public Safety and Justice/Office of Homeland Security announces the availability of federal grants.

Grants are available through the 2005 Homeland Security Grant program for projects and applications that are regional in nature. Submissions are subject to endorsement by Regional Emergency Support Function (R-ESF) committees at the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (MWCOG).

The deadline for submissions is March 1, 2005. The application guidelines and program summary documents are available on the COG website.
