The Transit Within Reach (TWR) Program funds design and preliminary engineering projects to help improve bike and walk connections to existing high-capacity transit stations or stations that will be open to riders by 2030. Applications are due August 8, 2025.

The TPB met on May 21 and approved new project funding for the Transportation Land Use Connections (TLC) and Regional Roadway Safety (RRSP) Programs. Other updates include safety initiatives, COG’s Regional Activity Centers and regional bicycle and pedestrian planning.
