    Air Quality Conformity Analysis of the 2016 CLRP Amendment and the FY 2017-2022 TIP

    This report documents the assessment of the 2016 Amendment to the CLRP and the FY 2017-2022 TIP with respect to air quality conformity requirements under the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments. The analysis used criteria and procedures contained in the Environmental Protection Agency's final conformity rule, published in the November 24, 1993 Federal Register, with subsequent amendments and additional federal guidance published by EPA and by the Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration. The analysis is a responsibility of the Transportation Planning Board.

    Washington-Baltimore Regional Airport Ground Access Travel Time Study

    The purpose of the airport ground access travel time study is to analyze travel time and changes in peak-period delay and level of service on principal airport-serving roadways from selected activity centers to the three commercial airports as well as changes in airport accessibility due to highway and transit improvements.
