Course Description
The Madrid subway bombing in Mrch 2004 has shown a need for coordination and expertise among firs responders during major transit incidents. The purpose of this training is to provide a more orderly response to major service disruptions by improving the passenger evacuation process and managing the extreme level of pedestrian and traffic congestion that are associated with Metro emergencies.
