Sustain and enhance inter-agency and inter-governmental response relationships.

Validate plans, processes, and procedures.

Validate the inter-governmental and inter branch (legislative, executive) framework for RDD disaster operations.

Achieve a common vision of a successful inter-governmental RDD disaster operation.
